The brief came in just three words – create a “Unified Customer Experience.”
So, with a minimum brief, we activated the premium Olive Oil brand by designing the most precious brand asset – Product Packaging Element “The Oil Bottle” in a bigger size displaying the oz flow through a pipe.
The unification in customer experience came from the zoomed size of the bottle itself, which caught the brand’s feelings and eyeballs simultaneously. At the back of the display unit, we placed an olive plant to enhance two things at once – “Touch-n-Feel” and “Show-n-tell.”
This scalable product display unit can be modulated as per location, a number of SKUs, and environment of the store format.
Rolling out this design across 300 locations, this POSM proved to be a deal clincher design that boosted sales to significant numbers.
